Best of book storages

confession: i have a pretty intense book buying habit! but there’s really no other object that can make a home feel as warm and personal as a stack of books. looking through thesneak peek archives, i fully recognized that i am not alone in feeling like books really make a home! here are 35 of my favorite ways that books can be incorporated into home design – everything from using a skateboard as a rolling shelf to 2 levels of industrial shelving! even just stacks of books on the floor can look pretty amazing! now that i’m looking at all these storage options, i’m itching to add to my own book collection! -amy a.

Rob Gardiner pinhole photography

I have become quite interested in pinhole photography, largely inspired by  Rob Gardiner's  amazing pinhole work. His black and white photography blog and website  NYCLondon  is on a hiatus at the moment, but hopefully that will lead to even more incredible photographs. Rob Gardiner's series  Walking The Circle Line , for which he walked the London Tube line taking slow pinhole prints along the way, is one of his projects that should not be missed. I also love his eerie Venice images... {All images copyright  Rob Gardiner }
